Where is your store located?
We are a family-owned online business based in Holly Springs, North Carolina.
What if there is an issue with my purchase?

Can my order be gift wrapped?
While we don't offer actual gift wrapping, all our products come in gift-ready packaging.
Do you offer a gift message?
Yes! You will find the option to include a gift message on the checkout page.
What is your return policy?

How long after ordering is my order shipped?
We typically ship all orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), depending on the item ordered.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we only ship within the US.
Can I pay extra to get my item more quickly?
We offer expedited shipping via USPS Priority Mail at checkout. Note that your order still take 1-3 days to process internally before it ships.
Do you offer a warranty?
We care about your satisfaction and we stand firmly behind the quality of our jewelry. Each piece is created with high standards and tested vigorously to be sure it is durable, waterproof, tarnish resistant, and hypoallergenic.
We also offer a 1 year warranty on defects. Simply reach out on the rare chance you have any issues. The warranty does not cover lost items or items broken due to overuse or damage by the user.
Terms and Conditions
The 1 year warranty on jewelry starts from date you receive your order.
Additional terms
- 1 Year warranty includes one replacement / repair per covered product.
- If your jewelry has any defects that are covered during the term, please send a clear image of the defective product to support@gloryd.com and we will repair or replace the item (at our discretion).
- If the damaged item is discontinued, we will replace the item with a similar item of equal or higher value.
- Please note, lost or stolen items are not covered by the warranty.
- Claims can be sent to support@gloryd.com.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We try to start production of all orders as soon as possible, so cancellations and changes are typically not possible, however if you wish to make a change, please write as soon as you can to see if it's possible.
I didn't receive my order, what should I do?
Please email us: support@gloryd.com with your order number from the confirmation email/SMS message. We'll help track down your order.
My item is damaged or incorrect, what do I do?
Please contact us at support@gloryd.com for any items that arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item arrived, including a photo of the item.
We'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible.
**Please do not return items to us without authorization from support first. In most cases, actual return of the damanged item will not be required.
My item looks different from the online listing, what should I do?
This is a very rare occurrence. We make every effort to accurately represent all designs and products, though some listings make use of life-like renderings instead of photos to show how the item will look. This allows us to create many different products, without needing to make & photograph thousands of different of products, which would drive up costs.
