What Makes Our Jewelry Waterproof and Tarnish-Resistant?
Every Glory’d piece is crafted from high-quality 316L stainless steel — a marine-grade metal known for its strength, corrosion resistance, and durability.
Unlike brass or lower-grade alloys, stainless steel doesn’t rust easily and holds up beautifully against water and sweat.
On top of that base, we use 18K Gold PVD plating.
What Is PVD Plating?
PVD stands for Physical Vapor Deposition.
It’s a modern plating process that bonds a thin layer of gold to stainless steel at a molecular level using high heat in a vacuum chamber.
